Lady Gaga Posts Spooky Clip for American Horror Story

By ISABELLE CHAPMAN

Despite Lady Gaga's breathtaking performance at the Oscars last week, she's not yet done blowing our minds. Mother Monster will be guest-starring on "American Horror Story" this weekend.

But the pop star isn't the only singer to take the small screen. Many other singers have made guest appearances on television shows, starring both as themselves and characters that become entwined with the plot. Britney Spears once appeared on "How I Met Your Mother" as a receptionist who becomes smitten with everyone's favorite romantic Ted Mosby. Hilary Duff did a six-episode stint as actress Olivia on "Gossip Girl," and even developed a relationship with Penn Badgely's character Dan. Gaga herself also guest-starred on "Gossip Girl," but only to perform "Bad Romance."

One thing's for sure -- we're looking forward to Gaga's appearance on "American Horror Story." We just wish she could bring Julie Andrews with her!

Check out some of your favorite singers who've appeared on television shows:
