VH1 reality star Ahmad 'Real' Givens dies from cancer

VH1 star Ahmad "Real" Givens died Saturday at the age of 33.

The reality TV star and Stallionaire rapper had been battling colon cancer for several years.

Givens got his break in television through the 2007 VH1 dating show "I Love New York" with his brother Chance.

The two went on to star in their own reality series "Real Chance of Love" from 2008 to 2009 and then "Real & Chance: The Legend Hunters" in 2010.

Givens was diagnosed with cancer in 2013. His brother told TMZ that he became bedridden after taking a fall in January.

Chance posted a tribute to his brother on Instagram.
