Jokesters! Idina Menzel and John Travolta announce an award together

That wasn't any less awkward than last year, John.

As if anyone could forget John Travolta's famous flubbing of Idina Menzel's name during last year's Oscars ceremony -- where he famously called her Adele Dazeem -- this year he took the stage alongside the "Frozen" singer to try and rectify the situation.

Their ridiculous intro began with Menzel introducing her co-presenter by calling him some jumbled version of his own name. Apparently, she couldn't really let his misstep last year go!

Then Travolta took the stage and immediately began pinching her cheeks before he grabbed her face, while the Broadway star quipped: "It's not like it's going to follow me around for the rest of my life."

The pair then bantered back and forth about Travolta's silly mistake, which ultimately became a viral meme and sparked a Twitter account for Adele Dazeem.

While we like that the dynamic duo wasn't afraid to make fun of themselves, the whole situation was downright bizarre.
