Boston's mayor has a warning for residents

Updated

Boston has been hit with four major snow storms already this year and residents are trying hard to make the most of it.

But their antics might be too much for Mayor Martin Walsh. He scolded Bostonians this week after several videos of people jumping out of their windows into the snow surfaced online.

He called the trend foolish, saying, "I'm asking people to stop their nonsense right now. These are adults jumping out windows. It's a foolish thing to do and you could kill yourself."

The mayor pointed out that "this isn't Loon Mountain" ... we can see how Bostonian could mistake the two - with people jumping out of windows dressed like this...or not dressed at all.

And There's also the Yeti who's been roaming around city streets, telling people to stay calm and claiming to be vegan.

But the mayor confirmed: It's still Boston.

So far the city has gotten around 90 inches of snow, very close to the record of 107 inches with half of February still to go. We can only hope the rest of the month is as entertaining but without injury.
