Utah woman terrified during traffic stop gets romantic surprise

A Utah woman was terrified when she and her significant other were pulled over by Bountiful police, but when Alex went from hands-on-his-head to down-on-one-knee, her terror gave way to glee.

Alex says he wanted to propose to his beloved in a unique way while also giving her a bit of a scare, so he enlisted the help of Bountiful PD. It seemed he succeeded, as she said she thought, "he did something wrong, and I'm going to get in trouble for it too, and I was like crying...."
