Bruce Jenner transitioning docuseries moving forward despite fatal accident

The E! docuseries chronicling Bruce Jenner's transitioning from a man to a woman will proceed with shooting despite the fatal car accident he was involved in Saturday that killed one female and injured five others.

Jenner rear-ended a vehicle Saturday, causing the car to spiral into a Hummer, ultimately causing a four-car wreck. The female passenger Jenner hit died. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department is investigating whether Jenner was texting or distracted while driving, causing the crash. Jenner's representative told the media:

"The evidence will show that Bruce was not texting at the time of the accident," Alan Nierob said in a statement to the media, while Jenner said in a separate statement that he plans to fully "cooperate" in the investigation.

Despite the tragic accident, Jenner is undeterred in going forward with filming the docuseries following him as he goes through the transitioning process from a man to a woman.
