92-Year-Old Woman Thanks Deputy In A Delightful Way

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. (KDVR) - A 92-year-old resident of Littleton was so pleased by the help she got from the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, she had her daughter write a letter of thanks.

Deputy Jesse Daniel stopped to help Joan Newlin because her car had broken down.

It wasn't that unusual but the respect and kindness he showed her prompted her to have her daughter, Martha, write an open letter of thanks that appeared in the Denver Post Wednesday.
