At only 25 years old, choreographer Justin Peck was tapped by the famed Big Apple ballet company to create its 422nd original ballet – and needless to say that's a major feat.

Filmmaker Jody Lee Lipes documented Peck as he pranced to major success leading the company through rehearsals. Lipes seamlessly captures all the action, drama, sweat and tears behind the velvet curtain in her new documentary "Ballet 422."
