Literally Everyone Was Upset Mark Ruffalo Wasn't at the SAG Awards

Mark Ruffalo was reportedly sleeping when he won Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Television Movie or Miniseries for "The Normal Heart" at the 21st annual SAG Awards Sunday night.

Apparently, his wife, Sunrise, woke him up to tell him the news, at which point he live tweeted his acceptance speech and posted a picture of himself lying in bed to Instagram.

Fans initially wondered if perhaps the actor had given up. Though Ruffalo, who was also nominated for his role in 'Foxcatcher,' has garnered big praise for his work this year and was even nominated for a Golden Globe and Emmy for his work in "The Normal Heart," he didn't win.

But Ruffalovers were relieved to hear he hadn't given up -- he just had to get up for work the next morning.

Though it wasn't just fans who were upset. Everyone from Jared Leto to Julia Roberts to the SAG/AFTRA president suffered the disappointment of his no show (watch in the video above).

But we applaud Ruffalo -- sleep is No. 1.

Bottom line: Everyone loves Mark Ruffalo.

Upon waking and hearing from my wife and kids that I won a @sagawards for #TheNormalHeart Love wins tonight!
