Teresa Giudice is scheduled to report to a federal prison in Danbury, Connecticut, on Monday morning to begin serving a 15-month sentence for bankruptcy fraud. U.S. District Judge Esther Salas staggered her sentence with her husband's so they wouldn't be in prison at the same time and unable to care for their four daughters. She and her husband pleaded guilty last year and admitted hiding assets from bankruptcy creditors and submitting phony loan applications to get some $5 million in mortgages and construction loans. They are charged in a 39-count indictment with conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud. Joe Giudice also failed to file tax returns for the years 2004 through 2008, when he is alleged to have earned nearly $1 million, the government said. During that time his income allegedly fluctuated wildly; the indictment states he made $323,481 in 2005 and $26,194 in 2006. (AP Photo/Julio Cortez)

Teresa began her 15-month prison sentence for fraud on Jan. 5. While the 'RHONJ' star had many fears about her prison time, she was 'very strong' upon her arrival. See what her last words were before being locked up.

Teresa Giudice, 42, left behind her four daughters when she turned herself into Danbury Federal Correctional Institution just after 3AM on Jan. 5. Teresa's attorney, James J. Leonard Jr., revealed what Teresa's last words were before she was put away behind bars for 15 months.

James told People that upon Teresa's arrival she was "very, very strong." When it was time to say goodbye, James gave Teresa a hug and told her she would be fine.

"The last thing she said to me was, 'I'll be fine. Tell Joe and the girls I'm good,'" James told the mag.

Wow, we can't believe how strong Teresa is in this grim situation. We know that she had a ton of fears about going to prison, mainly about missing her family, but she is being strong and accepting that jail time is something she needs to do.

While on the drive to Danbury, James revealed that she was in good spirits as well. "She was great. She was very strong. She said, 'I know I am going to get through this.' She was very, very upbeat. She was like, 'Hey. Let's go. Let's get this done," James said.

Sounds like Teresa is ready to face her consequences, and we're glad she is putting on her fight face for her prison sentence.

We know that the hardest thing for Teresa is going to be spending time away from her daughters. She ensured her girls that she will stay in their hearts by giving them videos and pictures of memories they have together, along with heartfelt letters for all the birthdays and holidays she will miss.

Before Teresa headed behind bars, she celebrated her daughter, Gia Giudice's 14th birthday early. This is especially sweet of her because we know Gia considers her mom her "best friend," and has subtly revealed how much she will miss her. The soon to be 14-year-old also posted an emotional tweet about how her "support system is unreal."
