Olivier Martinez accused of battery after shoving airport employee
Olivier Martinez reportedly got into a bit of a scuffle after paparazzi bombarded him at LAX on Sunday while he was traveling with his wife Halle Berry, the actress' 6-year-old daughter Nahla and their 1-year-old son Maceo.
The Los Angeles Airport Police confirmed to ET early Monday morning that a celebrity family was departing the Tom Bradley International terminal when the male, purportedly Martinez, shoved a contract airport employee to the ground with an empty baby car seat that he was carrying.

Police tell ET that the airport employee was transported to a local hospital for further medical care, and a battery report was filled out. The family, however, were allowed to leave the premises.

TMZ reports that Martinez and Berry were returning home after spending the holidays in Paris, France.
