This Healthy Cinnamon Plum Smoothie recipe is dairy-free, banana-free and 100% fruit! This is the best way to balance your diet if you had a few too many cookies (or slices of pie).

Ingredients:
3 large plums, pitted and cut into chunks
¼ cup natural apple juice
¼ cup frozen blueberries
½ tsp cinnamon, according to taste
A handful of ice cubes
