Tim McGraw and Faith Hill's estate is on sale for $18.5 million

Updated

Living like country royalty comes with a hefty price tag. Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are a power country couple and real estate tycoons.

According to Zillow, just last year, they sold a part of their $20 million 753-acre estate outside of Nashville, but they are now selling the remaining 623 acres as two properties for $18.5 million.

The larger 353 acre part comes with a log home from 1800. For $10 million, it has 3 bedrooms, 4 baths, a 12-stall barn and a guest house.

The lesser expensive option is on sale for $8.5 million, and it includes 3 bedrooms and 3 baths in the "Beechwood Hall" antebellum home. It was completed just four years before the Civil War. While it has caretakers, Zillow says this house needs renovation.
