The guy that gave Jennifer Aniston "The Rachel" cut -- hairstylist and BFF to the actress Chris McMillan -- is seen in a skin-to-skin embrace with the Friends star in the latest issue of Allure magazine.

In addition to posing in a series of sexy shots for the women's publication, Aniston also covers all the usual subjects she's asked about: motherhood, her fiance Justin Theroux and her unattractive role in Cake.

While there seems to be a tabloid magazine cover every few months claiming the 45-year-old actress is expecting, Aniston has yet to give birth and says she's over the pregnancy rumors. "I don't like [the pressure] that people put on me, on women -- that you've failed yourself as a female because you haven't procreated. I don't think it's fair," she tells Allure.

VIDEO: Jennifer Aniston Spills Wedding Date Details

As for the life she's built with Theroux, Aniston gushes, "I'm so proud of him. We have so much fun together."

The actress and The Leftovers star got together in May 2011, and though they've been engaged since 2012, the two have yet to tie the knot. "It was nice to learn how to sort of relinquish control and let someone really care deeply for you," she said of her longtime relationship with her fiance. "It's quite wonderful."

While all eyes are usually on the actress' personal life, she's getting quite a bit of attention for her "redefining role" in Cake. Aniston is nearly makeup-free for her portrayal as the pill-popping Claire Simmons, and even dons a scar on her face. She has already been nominated for a Golden Globe and SAG Award for Cake, and the movie is also getting a bit of Oscar buzz.

"A woman going physically unattractive is where you get recognition and some sort of respect. You read things like, 'Oh, finally, she's acting!'" she said of the attention she's getting for her new part. "Quite sexist, to be honest, because men don't get that."

"I felt a lot of empathy for her struggle, and I think she is beautiful. Her problems and her choices and her journey is beautiful," she said. "We feel empathy for people going through pain."
