David Arquette steps out with golden grill

Look who has a new set of teeth! David Arquette stepped out in West Hollywood Tuesday night and flashed his golden grill to the paparazzi -- but they're only temporary ... thank goodness.

The 43-year-old explained to Page Six he's constantly destroying his two front teeth. He said, "I go through them like crazy. I'm breaking them and cracking them all the time. So I said to my dentist, 'How do I not do this?' and he said, 'Well, we can put gold for a little while.'"

David opted to personalize his temporary teeth and had his initials etched into them. We aren't sure what he's doing that he constantly goes through teeth but we know one person who definitely isn't worried about that.
