Fall and winter are the seasons of oversized everything: sweaters, coats, scarves... you name it. Wool and cashmere abound, and we're completely on board. With the arrival of sweater weather you may be overjoyed to wear all these layers, but sometimes it can be a bit much. So why not belt it?

Cinching coats, sweaters, dresses and scarves with belts skinny and wide was a look that was all over the Fall 2014 runways. From Michael Kors to Burberry, we saw a combination of simply belting a coat or sweater and creating a whole new look by adding a scarf to the mix. Needless to say, it's a look we plan on wearing all season long.
