Redheads Jena Malone and Julianne Moore make major fashion statement at 'Mockingjay' L.A. premiere

It just keeps getting better!

"The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1" cast seems to be playing a game of hot potato when it comes to standout red carpet fashion.

At the film's Los Angeles premiere on Monday, two women stood out among the pack for their gorgeous gowns, and it wasn't the film's biggest stars Jennifer Lawrence or Elizabeth Banks.

The two redheads, Jena Malone and Julianne Moore stole the show.

Malone, 29, who plays Johanna Mason, went for a fiery frock from Emanuel Ungaro, which was nearly the same shade as her bright mane. The ruched, long-sleeved flowing dress featured an cinched waist and a thigh-high slit that showed off her gorgeous gams.

Newcomer Moore, who plays Alma Coin, opted for a flapper-esque black statement Tom Ford gown. The shimmering dress, which grazed the floor with panels, was an absolute showstopper against her red tresses.

While the redheads certainly owned the red carpet, Jessica Simpson, who was invited to the premiere by way of her brother-in-law and "Mockingjay" star Evan Ross, wowed in gold.

The 34-year-old showed off her fit physique in a vintage, one-shoulder dress with an eye-catching slit. She polished off the overall look with Prada heels and a Salvatore Ferragamo clutch.

The other ladies didn't exactly disappoint either. Lawrence played it safe in a white Dior dress with a full skirt, while Banks tested out funky hemlines in a mullet-like Leonard Fall 2014 strapless paisley-print gown.
