Sherri Shepherd Reveals How She Feels About 'The View's' New Cast

On "Watch What Happens Live," Sherri Shepherd, a former co-host of "The View," revealed what she really thinks about the show's new cast.

"It's a new 'View,' it's, you know, everyone's a little serious. I think they probably need a little bit of lightness and humor. Joy came on there, Joy Behar, and she was fabulous when she was on there, and I think that's what's missing."

Sherri left "The View" back in August. She was reportedly fired after seven seasons with the show, and this is the second time this week Sherri has dissed her former talk show.

She surprised former co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck during her return to "Fox & Friends" Friday and took a shot at the show during her appearance.

"You don't want to come back to 'The View?' Because the girl took 30 percent of the audience when she left 'The View.' And she brought them over here."

But as The Wrap pointed out, despite what Sherri said, "The View's" ratings haven't gone down by double digits since Elisabeth left in 2013.
