Anjelica Huston: It Was Hard To Write About Past Love Jack Nicholson

On "Watch What Happens Live," actress Anjelica Huston revealed it was hard to write about her tumultuous relationship with Jack Nicholson in her new memoir.

Huston explained, "It's funny, people ask that question of, 'Was it hard to write about something hard?' If you're talking about something grim, if you're not feeling grim, then there's something wrong."

Andy Cohen commended Huston for opening up about her on-again-off-again relationship with Jack in her book, "Watch Me."

As "People" notes, Huston went through some pretty tough times with Nicholson during their 17 years together -- she said in her memoir he even once mocked the idea of marrying her, and she "sobbed for three days after that."

Still, Huston told Andy she and Jack are still close today; she considers him a "very loyal, good friend." She even sent him her book before it was published so she could get his approval. Thankfully, he was okay with everything she wrote.
