Another NFL running back is making headlines this week but the topic is: etiquette.

PYT, a burger joint in Philly posted this receipt to their Facebook page showing a $60 tab racked up by Eagles player LeSean McCoy. The receipt also shows that the running back is one stingy tipper: nope, not even close to 20% -- 20 cents to be exact.

Sports reporter Les Bowen tweeted out he spoke to McCoy and he claims the story is BS -- but Tommy Up, the owner of P-Y-T, is not taking that laying down.

He took to Facebook detailing how it all went down:

"He and his group, from the moment they sat down, were verbally abusive to our staff in the most insulting ways. The derogatory statements about women and their sheer contempt for the staff serving them wasn't the end, however. After Mr McCoy and his group left I looked over and saw their server, my friend, with his head bowed down and with a very confused look on his face. I took the receipt out of his hand and I couldn't believe that anyone could be so callous. Mr McCoy had left a .03% tip for our staff."

Tommy Up went on to explain that the fraction of a dollar gets further split between the server, food runner and bartender -- but McCoy supporters are still defending their beloved Eagle, citing many of the terrible reviews on the restaurant's Yelp page.

So, who do we believe in this etiquette showdown? An NFL star or a burger joint?

Well, The Warlock consulted his tiger blood and came up with an answer. Charlie Sheen decided he would take on this mantle and make all right with the world by tweeting: "dear Tommy Up at PYT in Philly. Please tell Rob K I'm pledging 1000 dollars to him for the tip debacle just wanna help. C #NoJudgement"

Sorry Mr. McCoy, The Warlock has spoken and Rob K is now officially 'Winning!'
