'The Real Housewives Of New Jersey': Teresa & Joe Plead Guilty To Fraud

On "The Real Housewives of New Jersey," emotions were running high as Teresa and Joe Giudice plead guilty to fraud charges.

"This morning in front of the federal courthouse behind me Teresa and Giuseppe Giudice both admitted to a federal judge that they committed mortgage fraud and bankruptcy fraud over the better part of a decade. They will both be sentenced before Judge Esther Salas."

As Entertainment Weekly notes, Teresa and Joe could both serve jail time, and Joe could also be facing deportation.

There's no new information regarding their sentence, as the hearing is delayed until October 2nd, after their July date was postponed due to the passing of Joe's father.

However, we're just now seeing the reactions of Teresa and Joe's friends on the show and according to 'The Stir' Dina seems to be Teresa's only real friend.

"The only person who didn't make mention of what was going on to Teresa was Dina. Instead of asking her a million questions, etc., she sensed that her friend didn't want to talk about things, so she just left it be. Classy, if you ask me."

Amber, however, cried hysterically over the news of her friend, which seemed strange even to Teresa.

"Even Teresa was confused by Amber's over-the-top reaction. It was incredibly bizarre, and to be totally honest, a little disingenuous-seeming."

Fans on Twitter were having mixed reactions over the news too, some sending their best wishes to the couple, saying they don't deserve to suffer because of their mistakes, and others saying they definitely need to go to jail.
