Joan Rivers may have gotten her start on "The Tonight Show" in the 1960's, but was definitely still going strong when she passed away Thursday at the age of 81.

Her multi-decade career in comedy and entertainment brought her face-to-face with countless celebrities, including stars who've long since left us and those who'll likely entertain for years to come. From Cher to 50 Cent and so many more, here are a few of the more remarkable people she met over the years.
