I get asked a lot about my skin, and how I maintain it on a daily basis. I have done a ton of posts on beauty products and how they have helped my skin stay soft and clear. While external beauty products are a definite must to keep a youthful glow. What you put in your body can often times be more important than what you put on your body.

Our hair, skin and nails are a huge part of our every day routines. Both men and women spent hours and hours a week maintaining, fixing, primping and just plain obsessing over all three. Lets face it -- when walking through this journey we call life first impressions are essential, and what we often notice first is on the exterior.

Okay this is getting a bit long winded, but I swear there is a point. What I am trying to say is that not only are creams, cleansers and serums essential, but vitamins are crucial.

So I thought I would share with you the Vitamins that I have been taking for years. Now here is the thing -- not all supplements are created equally. There are so many different varieties on the market that it can be quite overwhelming. I tend to buy my supplements using one rule -- vitamins that come from whole foods, not the grocery store.. but actual food) are always best. You want vitamins that are slow absorbing and not made from synthetics. If you are unsure the best thing to do is ask. Ask the specialist working in the vitamin aisle of your local health food market. Otherwise you run the risk of wasting your time and hard earned cash (supplements are not cheap). Here are some daily supplements that will help maintain your skin, hair, nails and life in general.
