The MTV VMAs are always full of surprises for the audience, but artist Nicki Minaj had a surprise of her own during her performance of "Bang Bang."

The artist made an outfit change between her duet with Jessie J and Ariana Grande and her solo performance of "Anaconda," and seemingly didn't have time to finish fastening her outfit.



Given the circumstances, the star held it together quite well -- literally holding her costume together throughout the performance. Unlike Janet Jackson's infamous malfunction, Minaj managed to not reveal too much.
