If you're a fan of the "50 Shades of Grey" books, you'll probably recognize this building.

"Fox & Friends" explains that it's "the Escala apartments in Seattle where the fictional billionaire Christian Grey lives. Well, now women are begging to own apartments in the building."

In fact, demand at the upscale apartment complex Escala is so high, prices have gone up a whopping 62 percent since the first book in E.L. James' red-hot series was released in 2012.

Escala's real estate broker says his phone's been ringing even more since the trailer for the "50 Shades of Grey" movie came out last month. People have been asking to rent Grey's infamous "Red Room of Pain."

He told Money: "Our silly phone calls have spiked again where people want to rent the room. I don't think they realize that this is a condominium building that residents live in and there is no red room."

Jezebel notes the Escala does boast a wine cellar and a private spa, but sadly there isn't a helicopter landing pad on the roof. Sorry, ladies.

If you still want to score an apartment in the coveted building, according to Escala's website, there are fewer than 10 spots left. And they're not cheap - most are going for around $1 million.

Ruthless businessman Christian Grey would definitely approve.
