By CHELSEA HUANG and ISABELLE CHAPMAN

Nineteen-year-old Erin Corwin was three weeks pregnant when she left her home in Twentynine Palms, California, on June 28. After nearly two months searching 300 square miles, Corwin, the wife of a Marine, was found dead 140 feet down in a mine shaft near Joshua Tree National Park. Her former neighbor, Cpl. Christopher Brandon Lee, was arrested in Alaska in connection with her death, and police alleged that he researched how to dispose of a body before her disappearance. Lee is suspected of having an extramarital affair with Corwin.
