We expose our skin to the sun every day whether it's the hottest point of summer or the dead of winter. And while there's nothing better than feeling the sun on your face, if you're not protecting your skin the UV rays are wreaking some serious havoc. You might not see it now, but if you looked under ultraviolet light, it's staggering.
