On "Extreme Weight Loss" Chris Powell took on his first ever little person client named Sara, a 39-year-old from Kentucky who was approximately 150 pounds overweight.

As ET notes, Sara has short-limb dwarfism and has been bullied her whole life her so-called friends and even her own sister. Luckily though, she wrote into Chris Powell, who helped her make the transformation of a lifetime.

CHRIS: "Yeah!"

Sara started her journey at a whopping 245 pounds and lost a total of 136 pounds, bringing her final weight to 109 pounds.

As Heavy.com notes, Sara lost the highest percentage of weight ever at any stage in the history of the show. The four foot four inch tall health department employee also pushed herself complete a full marathon.

Chris Powell said Sara running a full marathon was comparable to an average sized person running two marathons, but amazingly, Sara was able to push through the pain and complete the 26.2 mile race. Go Sara!
