Mark Ruffalo finds lost wallet thanks to Twitter

Mark Ruffalo Finds Lost Wallet Thanks To Twitter

Actor Mark Ruffalo learned first hand that sometimes you can rely on the kindness of strangers.

According to TMZ, "The Avengers" star lost his wallet during a ride in a Chicago cab, but a good samaritan, who apparently never heard of the Ruffalo, found the wallet.

The man, Ross McHale, told TMZ that he didn't recognize the name, so he Googled it and found his Twitter.

He tweeted, "@markruffalo i have your wallet. Found it in a cab in Chicago on Friday. Let me know the best way to get it back to you. Thanks"

The actor tweeted back, "Thank you! Wow! Another point for the decency in people." And added, "You are a hero!"

You know when The Hulk calls you a hero, he really means it.

I agree, and it is so refreshing to read stories like this amid the turmoil, fighting and greed that's going on in the world. Kudos to you Mr. McHale!

Thank God there are still honest people in the world...
Even if his wallet had no money in it...
Just the hassle of having to replace things like a drivers license and SSI card...

This REMINDS me of a time when I was riding a cab in my home city, and had my cell phone SLIP out of my pocket. The 2nd time I called this cab to get a ride somewhere, I was shown my phone, and I had thanked them. Thank goodness I have a hip sack, and have a pocket to put my cell phone in, so I'll HAVE it with me always.
