While Derek Jeter played on the field during the MLB All-Star Game on July 15, tons of eyes were in the stands staring at the baseball star's gorgeous girlfriend, Hannah Davis! The blonde model is simply stunning.

When Derek Jeterretires from the New York Yankees at the end of this season (after 20 years!), he has a beautiful woman to come home to. Hannah Davis and Derek were first spotted getting cozy in August 2013, and based on her appearance in the stands with Derek's family during the MLB All-Star game on July 15, it's safe to say these two are still an item. Hannah is 24 years old - and she's a popular swimsuit model! She has appeared in magazines like Sports Illustrated and Ocean Drive. She's also appeared in ads for Victoria's Secret, Ralph Lauren, and American Eagle.

She has an enviable athletic body. And we know why! Hannah's from the Virgin Islands and actually played on the Caribbean National tennis team and the Virgin Islands National volleyball team! No wonder Derek loves her so much - these two have sports in common.
