Obama cuts in line, buys lunch for customers

On his trip to Texas, President Obama made a surprise stop at Austin's Franklin Barbecue.

Since he was on his way to the airport and in a bit of a rush, he cut in line ... but he made up for it: He quickly apologized to those he'd cut in front of and bought their lunch.

According to the Dallas News, Obama said "Hey guys! I hear the barbecue is pretty good here. Is that true? I know this is a long line. I feel real bad, but – I'm gonna cut."

When it was time to pay, the president took out some cash. After noticing the order cost more than $300, Obama took out his credit card and asked his trip director Marvin Nicholson if the card would work.
