Check with your doctor first , if you take statin drugs for cholesterol . Grapefruit juice is a definate no-no .

DARK CHOCOLATE (revised August 19, 2012 replying to article)

More research needs to be done on this subject before jumping on the dark chocolate propaganda bandwagon TOUTED mostly by the CANDY COMPANIES.

When will the media learn that dark chocolate is NOT good for everyone?

Several doctor's books have noted that caffeine in chocolate inflames fibrocystic breast disease, and can be a factor in herpes outbreaks.

A while back, on a major TV network, a doctor warned that companies have been removing flavanoids from some dark chocolate, leaving only high amounts of fat and sugar.

If someone has a cold sore, a sign of herpes simplex, they should cut down on food sources of arginine—such as chocolate
