Kid Fakes Kidnapping To Avoid Denitist

We've heard of kids trying a lot of things to get out of having to go to the dentist, but this surprised even us.

A 12-year-old boy in France was so desperate to avoid the dentist's chair, he told police he had been kidnapped. He even gave the officers a detailed description of his abductor, describing him as a muscular man in his 30s with a scar on his cheek.

The officers investigated for a month before finally figuring out there was no child kidnapper on the loose. After further questioning, the boy finally admitted he made the whole story up because he didn't want to get his teeth cleaned.

We're thinking this kid isn't getting any candy until he's 18.
