Even after ten years, 'The Notebook' is continually listed as one of the most romantic films of all time -- so one couple thought there was no better way to celebrate their engagement than a 'Notebook'-inspired photoshoot.

The film is a favorite of 31-year-old Cindy Gauthier, who bears a striking resemblance to the film's star, Rachel McAdams. She and her fiance Jean-Nicola Barile reached out to photographer Chelsea Gray to recreate some of the movies most iconic moments.

Cindy told the Daily Mail that she wasn't comfortable with ordinary engagement photos, and when Gray posed the idea of a theme, they thought the 2004 film would be perfect. She had someone do her hair and borrowed a 1940s style dress from her sister, which she eventually got soaking wet.

Gray, the owner of Blushing Bride Studio in Quebec, told HuffPost Live that since these photos were first taken back in July 2010, people all around the world have requested 'Notebook' engagement photos. However, she feels Cindy and Jean-Nicola's shoot is too special to recreate over and over.

That being said, she also says that she is up to new challenges. Gray hadn't even seen 'The Notebook' until the night before.
