Dress the part: Shop your favorite TV characters' wardrobes
In politics, clothes can’t be seen as a priority. But it’s impossible to ignore Selina’s impeccable style. Her lady-dresses (always with a little bit of flare) perfectly flatter her figure, and while this Victoria Beckham frock is a tad out of our price range, we're totally copying the yellow-and-gray color palette.
Is it just us or does Claire’s wardrobe scream, “Maybe if you wore this, you’d be promoted by now”? FYI: Her pencil skirts come from Dolce & Gabbana, but you can snag her oxford shirts at Banana Republic for $40 (who knew?).
While we tell everyone we watch for Peggy’s career moves, we secretly stick around for Megan’s fashion evolution. The woman’s style has gone from secretary-turned-housewife to bona fide television star--and she’s got the bright minidress to match. While Mad Men’s costumes are all custom-made, you can score Megan’s look with this mod Marimekko frock.
Oh, Rayna. While her wardrobe consists primarily of sparkle tops and far too much snakeskin, there is the occasional tasteful blouse. We suppose we can get on board with this floral guy--it is Nashville, after all.
If lavish parties in the Hamptons are more your scene, then Victoria can give you a few pointers. First tip? The tighter the better. Second? Red lips combined with a red dress means business. Because the original Giambattista Valli version is now sold out, we’ll be picking up this Jones New York knockoff.
Sure she's loud and obnoxious and she dresses like a borderline call girl, but you can't beat Gloria's confidence. Who else could pull off a neon cutout swimsuit? PSA: Apply sunscreen liberally with this one.
