2014 Tour Of Somerville Winner Celebrates Big, Falls Hard

The Tour of Somerville is the oldest major bicycle race in the US and welcomes both professionals and amateurs alike -- but this year's 71st tour came to a grinding halt.

Noah Granigan, 18, is seen here celebrating his victory -- a little too soon. Within seconds of crossing the finishing line, he can be seen falling hard off of his bicycle, sliding what appears to be at least ten yards.

Not long after Granigan tweeted, "Ouch." Then added, "Well that was stupid."

And it appears that the teen is no stranger to the ground -- he went down hard earlier this year at the Cyclo-Cross National Championships.

Granigan told My Central Jersey that he guesses all cyclists have fallen at some point. But not all of them have it captured on camera.
