Man Lassoed After Rodeo Shooting

A Georgia man was arrested after a shooting at a rodeo over Memorial Day Weekend -- but not before becoming part of the show.

Police say attendees tried to get 25-year-old Celestino Moras to leave the event because he was too drunk, but instead of leaving, he and a friend opened fire on the crowd. Three people were hit and suffered minor injuries.

But as hundreds of guests were fleeing, a cowboy lassoed Moras and bystanders jumped in to help tie him down until police arrived.

He's been charged with aggravated assault and police are still looking for the other suspect in the shooting.
