'Extreme Weight Loss': Contestant Quits For The First Time Ever

On "Extreme Weight Loss," a client quit for the first time in the history of the show.

Ty: "Just ... let me go home."
CHRIS: "If you do that, chances are you will probably fail."
Ty: "As far as I'm concerned right now, the show is over."

Chris Powell and his wife Heidi were sad to see Ty give up so easily. His excuse? He originally came on the show to slim down for an opportunity to play in the big leagues, but turns out his scout was a fraud. When Ty found out he wasn't really being scouted, he gave up on everything.

The Twitterverse was outraged at Ty, upset that he refused help and willingly quit a chance of a lifetime.

And Fans on Facebook agreed, saying they would give anything for just ten minutes with Chris or Heidi, and that Ty took the place of someone more deserving.
