Congratulations! You're done with some level of college! Either way, the structured life of school is not yours for three months. And the proverbial question approaches...what do you do with the next three months? Thankfully, the web is full of great resources that can help you answer that question. Here are a few of them.

1) AngelList
Field: Software, Design, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Social Media engagement (called Community Manager).
Pros: Lots of bright-eyed and bushy-tailed startups on here!
Cons: Nothing but startups.
Note: This is a website known for tech startups evaluations. However, there are MANY job postings on here and I know a few success stories.

2) One Internship A Day
Field: Literally everything.
Pros: Lots of companies and jobs! Subscribe to their daily newsletter with a company-posted internship daily!
Cons: Maybe too many companies. Also, everyone else on the mailing list is applying to the same job.

3) LinkedIn
I know you've heard this one, but use your resources! If you have a LinkedIn already, post that you're looking for a job. This is not Facebook, where it's embarrassing to admit that you need help, but a networking platform specifically made for people looking for internships and full-time positions.

Here, I'll even get you started. Fill in the blanks:

I'm a {insert major} at {insert college}, just finishing up my {insert grade-level} year. I'm qualified for a number of tasks but specifically interested in {writing/business/web development} for the summer. Let me know if you or someone you know is looking for an intern in that field, and I'd be happy to talk.

Looking forward to connecting!
