Homeless man given a house

WATCH: Homeless Man Surprised With A House To Call His Own

Get ready to wipe away the tears. A homeless man named Eric got the surprise of his life: a home to call his very own.

'I gotta be honest with you, this isn't really my house. This is your house.' 'You've got to be kidding me.' 'Thank you, my man.'

As you can imagine, YouTube users loved this almost as much as Eric did.

One commented, 'This video in one word is 'beautiful'. I am trying to stop myself from crying. There is good is this world.'

Another agreed, writing, 'Outstanding! Truly amazing and paying it forward!!!'

HLN anchors say if you think you've seen Eric before, you're probably right. It's not his first YouTube appearance.

'The homeless man thought that he'd won the lottery and immediately wanted to share the money. Turns out, the ticket was fake, but the prankster who made the ticket, gave the guy $1,000.'

The Blaze says after the lottery ticket video, Rahat, the man behind the prank, started a fundraiser for Eric that eventually raised $40,000. The money will go toward things such as rent for a year, clothes, food, and utilities. Rahat stressed that not a cent of this money goes into his own pocket.

Eric now has a job and even a joint bank account with his angel prankster.

Hey - show your face. Show the world how moronic you are - be proud of your shamelessness.

Sad, but not surprising, to see all the nasty , racist comments in here. Congratulatiions on your new home and job Eric. Rahat, pretty dirty trick with the lotto ticket....glad to see you more than made up for it.

What about the other homeless people? Especially those with children.

The 2 twin brothers that had their show cancelled by pressure from the LGBT HATERS were doing the same thing. It was called Flip It Forward.

Nice try. You will gain much more respect with the truth. It was the networks call, you know they depend on sponsors and perhaps those sponsors would not appreciate the brothers belief. Like I told another sour-puss, the brothers should approach one of the many Christian networks where their opinion would be widely accepted

Eric has a joint bank account with Rahat?! NOT a good thing Eric. You need your own bank account. Hope the job is good and you will keep it and be able to pay the rent and whatever else you need as you go forward. But no joint bank accounts under these conditions. Danger! Danger Will Robertson!
