FOX comes to Naya Rivera's defense

FOX has now issued a statement regarding Naya Rivera and 'Glee.'

Despite reports the star had been let go, the network is now speaking out to stick up for the star.

FOX said, 'There is no truth to the rumor that Naya has been released from the show. She remains under contract to Glee.'

Her rep had dispelled the rumor as well, saying she wasn't fired, but left it open-ended, saying she may not return. Many thought it was over a fight with Lea Michele when Lea allegedly made the cast wait following the trying time during Cory Monteith's passing and funeral.

Naya goes on to say that she thinks someone's out to intentionally damage her reputation.

After rumors started that she was dropped from Columbia Records as well, her rep says 'Someone obviously has an agenda to damage Naya's good name.'

Now, they are planning legal action for falsely printed stories.
