3 Women Arrested For Twerking Outside City Hall Building

Three women were arrested in Oregon Monday after police say they channeled their inner Miley Cyrus outside a government building.

Fox News reports "It all started when one went to City Hall to pay a fine. After, she and her friends celebrated by twerking outside this building. They then exposed themselves and drove off."

According to KOMO, police say the two 20-year-olds and the 22-year-old started dancing and exposing themselves in front of City Hall as they were heading to the parking lot.

The Oregonian reports one even lifted her skirt and urinated between two cars as her friends continued twerking near the municipal court windows.

Officers told KPTV one woman filmed the entire bizarre incident on her cell phone. Several City Hall employees were watching too, and when the women got into a car and left, they called police.

Police were able to catch up with the women after they left the scene and pulled them over. And once the driver gave officers permission to search the car, they found marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamine and prescription drugs.

One officer told KVAL "The twerking itself, fine, but the fact that they were exposing their bare genitalia and one of them urinated in public, that's where the concern is."

All three of the women were booked but then released from jail. They all face arraignment on May 9 for multiple charges, including disorderly conduct.
