Morning Express host duped on TV

Robin Meade Pranked by Marlon Wayans, HLN Staff

HLN's Robin Meade fell victim to a major punk-ing for April Fool's Day. It was hilarious.

She was interviewing actor and comedian Marlon Wayans, asking him to name which of his movies certain quotes were from.

When she asked which movie the line 'Hold on to your butts' was from, that's when things hit the fan. The quote is from 'Jurassic Park'..." a
nd was said by Samuel L. Jackson -- not Wayans.

Luckily, it was a set-up,
Wayans playing along and pretending to get really offended.

'It's about to get real up up in here. I'm callin' my boys. Woo Woo!!!' he said.

Our favorite part was when Robin tried to show the clip from the movie and producers told her they didn't have it. She flipped.

'You don't have a clip?!?!'

Robin thought all that was airing live, but really it was taped to show on April Fool's Day. After the big reveal, she explained what was going through her head...

'I'm gonna lose my house, I'm gonna lose my job, I'm not not gonna be able to pay my mortgage.'

The prank was an homage to that headline-making moment from February when a Los Angeles anchor confused Samuel L. Jackson with Laurence Fishburne.

Definitely not the same person.

Happy April Fools' Day! 'Hold on to your butts.
