I can only hope that you never, ever have a son, daughter, husband, brother, dad or anyone close to you go off to some awfull place to fight a war. If you do you'll understand the heart wrenching joy and happiness of getting them back in one piece and safe in your arms. To Mason and his family, I cried with you, so glad you are home,.

This is something only a parents and siblings can understand,If you don't have a family member in the service you don't understand how much they are missed how the worries of yet another war starting up and all the dangers they or in this case we soldiers have to face to keep people like you safe in your perfect world,as for me when I got back from Vietnam I was spit on and called horrific names and I was a baby killer,But thereafter all the wars since the troops have gotten the support they so deserve and the gratitude we as a nation owe these fine young people who sacrafice so much and to their families to who we a great thank you.
