I'm sure if the Pope could, he would FIRE Obama for his many expensive Hawaiian, multi country extravagant vacations and overspending the people's money...not to mention the lies about Obamacare.

Because he is supported by illegal immigrants and welfare cheats who now outnumber the rest of us.

To me, Pope Francis is a very grounded, down to earth, gracious and caring man of deep faith, a son of the Catholic faith and Catholic Church. I cannot imagine Pope Francis meeting with a congregation of leaders to require and force other country leaders to play video nuclear war games with him to prove their worth before him. Neither can I imagine Pope Francis needing to engage in snooping on innocent individuals in order to collect information on people for unsaid purposes. I cannot imagine Pope Francis bragging to the world that he is the greatest power on earth because he has weapons of mass destruction and can destroy those who do not agree with him. Obama may seek to see "kindred similarities" between himself and Pope Francis, and that is fine. Enough said.

It would be nice for everyone to have a full productive life, one issue I see is the planet is saturated with humans, just saying.

Yet we are to set ourselves up to be the judge, or jury to decide how many, or who gets to procreates, or who!
Believe that's been tried by other dictators & their failed systems.......let's not begin to go there, OK?

Interesting that Vladimir Putin is Catholic. Believe it or not, he carries a cross that was blessed by the Pope years ago.

Actually, if he was KGB, and a member of the communist party, he probably was not religious at all. But if he WAS, he'd most likely be Russion Orthodox. As it turns out, wearing a charm around your neck doesn't make you a Catholic. The cross isn't a pledge pin.

He is Russian Orthodox, but he is still a Catholic and a Christian. The cross came from his mother, who also was Catholic.

The Russian Orthodox church and the Catholic church are separate organizations. They each give accept the other as essentially the same, but they are not completely integrated. For example, a catholic can attend a Russian Orthodox service and it "counts" the same as if he/she attended a catholic service, but a Russian Orthodox priest cannot say mass in a catholic church. The same is true for the Greek Orthodox church.

It still boogles my mind that the US government has not stepped in to protect children or prosecute the Catholic Church on behalf of the tens of thousand known Church victims from just recent years.

Please ask the author to refer to the pope not as Francis but as Pope Francis. It is better protocol.
