LAS VEGAS – After Nick Johnson's best season at Arizona, the star guard is staying hot. His game high 16 points led the Wildcats to the 20-point semi-final victory over the Colorado Buffaloes Friday.
He's averaging 15 points this tournament, which leads the team, and his production doesn't stop there. He had eight rebounds and four assists in addition to his 16 points on Friday.

Johnson isn't the only player on Arizona who's been hot on offense. Forward Rondae Hollis-Jefferson had 12 points and eight rebounds off the bench and guard T.J. McConnell dropped 12 points along with five assists.

The Wildcat's defense has been consistent all year, and that didn't change on Friday. Colorado guard Askia Booker was held to a 4/14 shooting night. The Buffaloes shot 29 percent as a team.

Arizona also dominated on the boards, outrebounding the Buffaloes 41-25.

The Wildcats look to keep the momentum going in Saturday's Pac-12 Championship game at 3:00 pm PT.
