Family releases video of Indiana deck collapse

Family Releases Video of Deck Collapse
A family has filed a lawsuit against a construction company after a deck collapse injured several people.

The incident happened in Albany, Indiana just a few days before Christmas. Now, the family is releasing video of the frightening moment.

Lisa Wilk was hosting a Christmas party at a rented clubhouse when the family decided to take some photos outside on the deck. As everyone smiled and got ready to say 'cheese,' the entire deck came crashing down.

Luckily nobody was killed, but three of the victims still aren't walking, Wilks told WGNTV.

Now, the family is suing the homeowner's association and the company that built the deck. The builder adamantly says that the company isn't responsible, as the deck is more than 10 years old.
