Erin Andrews to return to 'Dancing With the Stars'

Erin Andrews will be hosting 'Dancing With the Stars' this season.

The Fox News reporter, 35, will be replacing Brooke Burke-Charvet after it was announced Bruke-Charvet would not be returning to the show this season.

Andrews competed for the Mirror Ball back in 2010, but this time she'll be next to Tom Bergeron as co-host. After the news came out today, Andrews reassured fans she would keep her position at Fox News.

In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, Andrews admitted she has huge shoes to fill and that it will be a big adjustment for all involved. "She was very wonderful toward me in my season. She was so caring and so fantastic. I can only hope I can emulate somebody like that and use her for guidance," she said.

"I feel great," she told PEOPLE. "I was texting with Maksim, my old partner. He was saying, 'Wow, it's coming full circle for you.' "

Brooke Burke Charvet. you were the best at Dancing with the Stars and no one (NO ONE) can be as good as you..Period ! You have class and beauty and you were just perfect for that job. Also you are MY STAR and the role modele for many women facing health hurdles like you did..I command you for your courage and strenght in this regard... I cannot that I will miss you, because I am NOT going to watch that show any more.
I wish you all the best Brooke..in your private and public lives ..you are a true winner !

The only real talent I've ever seen on DWTS is Tom Bergeron and the professional dancers..

I hope she gets a vocal coach-her voice is beyond annoying.

Most of the best Regular Dancers on DWS are gone, the 2 nights a weeks format is gone, musical "guest stars" have been cut back, Pro Dancer segments have been cut, Harold Wheeler & his orchestra were let go, Brooke was fired...just "turn the lights off and go home"....ABC network consultants have RUINED THE BEST VARIETY SHOW ON TELEVISION.....Fire THEM!!

Huge red flags when the entire band and a co-host are all "let go." What was so "broken" that required these actions as a "fix?"

Hopefully it keeps Erin off the sports field, she is horrible w/ sports, no idea how she lasted. Oh, wait, she didn't, she's on DWTS now. Perfecto. Seven years later she will be sidelined too. Sexism, Ageism.

Of course, she is 7 years younger, and then in 7 years, it will be another person in her place, the sexism (women must be young) and ageism in our country continue year after year and no one says WAKE UP!!!!!!!
