AP, other media ask Fla. judge for Bieber video

Justin Bieber
MIAMI (AP) - A South Florida judge is holding a hearing on a motion by The Associated Press and other media outlets seeking the release of police videos made shortly after Justin Bieber's recent arrest.

Bieber's attorneys want a Miami-Dade County judge to prevent the release of the videos until his lawyers can review them for potentially inappropriate material. The AP and other media say there is no legal basis to withhold videos of the 19-year-old pop singer taken at a Miami Beach police station after his Jan. 23 arrest.

Both sides will argue their cases at a Thursday hearing.

Bieber has pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor charges of DUI, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license. Police say he and singer Khalil Amir Sharieff were involved in an illegal street drag race.

Video in jail is a pic of Bieber peeing on the floor try to hit a bucket while in jail. The other is a pic of him crying his eyes out. Not news worthy. Just more hype to promote him. Do we really care ? They ought to commend the poor janiotr for cleaning up the pee. Maybe they should interview the janitor.
U see one drunk/drug addict u see them all.

Celebrities always get away with breaking the law. They can afford to buy their way out of trouble. It's sad how the justice system works. All about money.

These lip syncs performers are getting aggressive in justifying their artistic credibility, they loose sight of the way they are perceived as pretender's. I think deep down they know that they are being phoney and getting away with passing themselves off as artist's.
If it was up to them to play and sing "live", they would be just average, or perhaps worse, and then people would mock them. They must have a subconscious storm going on inside, now it is so out of balance and compounding with drugs and alcohol, lots of 'yes' people around them, and lots of dirty money.
Its an all too common story of the rise and fall of music industry people and also Hollywood movie industry type's, and of the lies and deceit mentality it is all built upon.
Record Company and Radio/ media corruption and shady association with each other and the public's naive consumption of fake and plastic contrived art.
