Watch four women react to being Photoshopped into cover models

Watch Four Women React to Being Photoshopped into Cover Models

Four women participated in an experiment in which each woman modeled in a professional photo shoot, and a Photoshop expert retouched the photo to make the women look like magazine cover models. The women were then shown the finished photos.

See their transformations and their truly unexpected reactions in the video above.

You are perfect just the way you are. If others cannot handle that, it is their problem, not yours.

The world would be a BORING place if everyone had THE perfect appearance. Just be happy to be yourself! You are the only you in the world and THAT makes you special....perfect!!!

The model on the cover of the article is simply absurd looking, whether she was photoshopped to get that way or not

Like the song says, It's Only Make Believe. Embrace your beautiful/handsome self, wrinkles, gray hair, fluffiness, and all.

There are objective mathematical principles that make someone beautiful or attractive in the same way that math makes music sound in tune. To pretend there aren’t is just silly. The ancient Greeks knew this. We are becoming an intellectually void society. People cannot look upon beauty anymore without insisting on actually being the beauty. We should teach our kids to appreciate the visual beauty in the world without needing desperately to covet it. It is possible to look at a rainbow and appreciate it. You yourself do not need to be the rainbow. Yes, I understand humans use sexual reproduction and so outward appearances are important to attract the most genetically ideal person so their offspring are attractive too and have the best chance to reproduce…but there are other mating strategies a human can employ to attract a mate such as humor, poetry, playing an instrument, saying interesting things. Juggling, getting a good job, driving an expensive car, helping small animals, and flattery. If none of those suggestions work…then say “well that’s life” and just go enjoy the rainbows.

Nice post - except the first sentence is completely and scientifically false.

Your cause and effect logic is backwards. What we think of as beautiful can have a correlation but not a cause in mathematics. Ditto for misic.

Thanks for the reply Mike! Sonically and visually, the evidence I see points to the senses utilizing simple ratios as a result of an original measurement being exponentially multiplied or divided. While math is a manmade term, I think it is fair to call that process math, no?

I understand the point you are trying to make Mike and I would argue that maybe math and beauty are inseparable…maybe they are the same thing. So maybe there cannot be a correlation or a backwards reasoning. Maybe math is beauty. Maybe beauty is math. Maybe the mathematical process itself creates the perception of beauty to our senses.

It doesn't look like me. That's becuase its not you. Its a lie. Its nothing but fraud. They should require disclosure of when the picture is not real. People think this garbage is true. Its a fraud and its a phony.
